We have had a positive relationship with Florida Technical Inc. (FT), from 2018 through to today (2022). In 2018, we researched several Full-Service Engineering Companies, interviewed four Companies, and selected FT.
Engineer Thomas Cheever has been “hands-on” on all the different projects at Porta Bella during this time. Thomas Cheever has maintained a highly disciplined approach in following up on our contracts. His knowledge of the 40-year Building Certification requirements (now 30 years) has been outstanding. FT has consistently provided cost-effective, practical solutions to our various problems, whether Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical.
